摘要
楚雄州地形地貌复杂,气候环境变化异常,地质灾害频发。针对灾害区避险移民过程中存在的诸多问题,提出避险移民安置的基本原则、思路和对策,为类似地区避险移民安置工作提供参考。
Geo-hazards occur frequently in Chuxiong with its complicated topography, geomorphology, abnormal climate and environment change. Against the various problems about resettlement, basic resettlement principles and measures are put for ward to provide reference for resettlement work in similar areas.
