摘要
随着急救中心建设的兴起与发展,如何设计、规范、考核、评价急救中心日益受到人们的重视。文章就此问题提出了论证指标并加以评述。认为:运行质量和运营效果理想的急救中心要反应速度快,应急状态强,抢救效果好,出诊数量多,业务收入高,社会反映佳。
Progresses of emergency medical services (EMS)attract a professional attention, especially concerning the problems of how to design, standardize, examine, and assess the EMS: all the actions, the measures and the behaviour that concur to better EMS efficiency; analysis of interaction and reciprocal conditions between the spatial dispositions of EMS facilities and personnel in connection with each of the environmental variables; creation of a dynamic operational structure bristling with the latest artificial intelligence, in which the relevant systems are tuned to provide maximum benefits with minimal resources consumption; cultivation of EMS professionals having multidisciplinary expertises needed so as to successfully deal with the mix , complexity , difficulty , acuteness and urgency of EMS; cost - effective utilization of resources , with a view to obtaining an assessment of quality from , the point of view of service clients and the healthcare professionals.
