摘要
目的 评价采用表面麻醉的白内障超声乳化 ,人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术的可行性、优越性。方法 观察 35例青光眼合并白内障的麻醉效果 ,手术方法 ,术后视力、眼压、滤过泡。结果 35例均采用表面麻醉顺利完成手术 ,视力有不同提高 ,滤过泡形成良好。 31例眼压控制。结论 白内障超声乳化 ,人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术采用表面麻醉具有创伤小。
To evaluate the liability and superiority of topical anesthesia in the combined surgery of phacoemulsification,intraocular lens(IOL) implantation and trabeculectomy through the scleral tunnel incision.Methods Triple operation were performed on 35 eyes under topical anesthesia which suffered form glaucoma and cataract.The effect of anesthesia ,operation procedure,postoperative intraocular pressure and filtering blebs were observed.Results Using topical anesthesia,34 patients (35 eyes) cooperated well during surgery and gained different improvment of their vision acuity.Most of them obtained normal intraocular pressure and nice filtering blebs.Conclusion phacoemulsification and IOL implantation with trabeculectomy through the scleral tunnel incision using topical anesthesia is reliable,safely and has many advantages:less tissue damage,fewer complications,mild uveitis,etc.
