摘要
借助满意度研究的方法,从使用者(观众和演员)的需求出发,通过问卷调查的方式,开展以不同使用者群体、不同剧场为控制变量的满意度比较研究,对所得数据进行均值分析、方差分析、相关性分析,以各个分析结果为依据探讨了现代剧场的使用状况和主要问题.建立了两级层次分析体系,通过层次分析法得出满意度总体评价影响最大的10项评价因子以及各项因子的权重,为今后的剧场建筑设计提供了指引.问卷调查结果、相关性分析结果和各因子权重的比较分析表明,运用层次分析法求出的满意度评价指标权重是合理的.
First,with the aid of satisfaction research methods and by using questionnaires,some modern comprehensive theaters are evaluated by the users,namely,the audience and the actors.The survey results are then compared through the mean value analysis,the variance analysis and the correlation analysis,with the users and the theaters as the controlled variables.Next,the main problems of the theaters are discussed based on the analysis results.Then,by means of the AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） method,a two-level analysis system is established,and the top ten influential evaluation factors and the weight of each evaluation factor are obtained,which can provide guidelines for the architectural design of theaters in the future.Finally,the survey results,the correlation analysis and the weight of each factor are compared.It is thus concluded that the obtained weights of satisfaction evaluation indexes are rational.
