摘要
本文在探讨评价指标体系的基础上 ,系统分析了石家庄市内外的经济、社会、环境 ,用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定城市可持续发展指标体系中各项指标的权重 ,以世界先进城市及国内领先模范城市的发展水平作为石家庄市发展评价的参照对象 ,以部分优秀城市的指标平均值为其评价标准值 ,从而对石家庄市可持续发展状况进行定量评价 ,并在综合分析评价结果的基础上 ,提出石家庄市实施可持续发展的对策与建议。
At present,the sustainable development of the city is an important problem that is paid close attention to.It includes lots of complicated factors concerning quantificational and synthetical appraisal;it's made up of the economy,society and environment.This dissertation debates the Appraisal Indicator System,analysis the economy,society and environment in Shijiazhuang city and determines the proportion of all kinds of indicators by the Delphic and the AHP.It regards the advanced cities external and internal as it's goal,According to the average of the indicator of the part of the cities,it evaluates the sustainable development condition of Shijiazhuang city quantitatively and puts forward the mutuality countermeasures and suggestions.
