摘要
为探讨胆囊切除术、胆囊结石与结直肠癌的相互关系 ,回顾分析了 1 990～ 1 999年收治的结直肠癌的病人1 65例。并与同期认为与胆囊结石无关的其他肿瘤病人 581例 (对照组 )进行对比分析。结果 :结直肠癌组有 4 4例( 2 6.7% )有胆囊切除术史 ( 7例 )或胆囊结石 ( 37例 ) ,显著高于对照组的 6.0 % (P <0 .0 1 )。提示
WT5BZ]The aim of this study was to examine the association of cholecystectomy, gallstones and colorectal cancer. Participants of 165 had a colorectal cancer diagnosed between 1990～1999. Seven patients underwent cholecystectomy and 37 patients suffered from gallstones. Forty four colorectal cancer patients(26.7%) experienced cholocystectomy or gallstones, which are clearly more than those in the case control group(6.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0.01). Cholecystectomy and gallstones may indicate patients at high risk of colorectal cancer.
