摘要
目的 研究粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的病理特征及免疫组织化学对其诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法 研究 62例粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床和病理资料 ,用免疫组织化学SABC法或S P法对瘤组织进行检测。结果 62例粘膜恶性黑色素瘤最常见症状为局部肿块、出血和局部梗阻。 2 6例伴有局部淋巴结肿大。结论 粘膜恶性黑色素瘤病理诊断部分病例比较困难 ,需借助免疫组织化学方法诊断和鉴别诊断。
To study the clinical pathological characteristic of mucous malignant melanoma and the significance of immunohistochemistry to the diagnostic and differentiate of mucous malignant.Methods Study the clinical and pathological data of 62 cases mucous malignant melanoma,and detect its immunohistochemial(SABC or S-P method) characteristic.Results Among the 62 cases mucous malignant melanoma,the common sympton is local mass,hemorrhage and local block.and 26 cases accompany with local lympho node swell.Conclusion It is difficult to the diagnosis of part of malignant melanoma from pathology,We must resort immunohistochemical method to diagnosis and differentiate.
