摘要
目的:探讨成人房间隔缺损修补术后发生心律失常的原因及可采取的护理措施。方法:对150例成人房间隔缺损修补术后发生心律失常的患者进行临床观察,分析可能发生心律失常的原因并祛除可能的诱发因素,及时采取有效的治疗和护理。结果:发生心律失常与患者的年龄、房缺大小、左房大小、肺动脉高压、术后低氧血症、低钾血症、情绪紧张等密切相关。连续心电监护,保持呼吸道通畅,及时监测血电解质及血气分析,尽早发现心律失常,准确应用抗心律失常药物,采取有效的护理措施可以降低心律失常发生。结论:护士应熟悉疾病的特点,掌握各种心律失常心电图的特征,有针对性地进行监护,实施科学的治疗与护理,可以减少术后心律失常发生。
Objective：To Explore the causes and the nursing measures on postoperative arrhythmia after the adult atrial septal defect repair.Methods：TO clinically observe 150 patients of the adult atrial septal defect re-pair of postoperative arrhythmia,to analyze the reason of the arrhythmia may occur and remove possible causative factors and take effective treatment and nursing in time.Re-suhs：Arrhythmia occurred is closely related to the patient＇s age,the size of the interatrial septum defect,left atrial size,pulmonary hy-pertension,postoperative hypoxemia,hypoka-lemia,emotional tension,etc.continuous ecg monitoring,keeping respiratory tract unob-structed,monitoring blood electrolytes and blood gas analysis in time,as soon as possi-ble finding arrhythmia,accurate use of an-ti-arrhythmic drugs,takeing effective nurs- ing measures can reduce arrhythmia oc-curred.
