摘要
目的:探讨利培酮与坦度螺酮联合使用治疗精神分裂症焦虑症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,联用组30例,单用组30例。两组都用利培酮进行治疗,联用组在使用利培酮的基础上,联用坦度螺酮。疗程6周。于治疗前及治疗6周采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果:联用组的疗效显著优于单用组;两组组内比较,治疗前和治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗6周后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联用组评分显著低于对照组;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坦度螺酮对于患者来说可改善焦虑症状,提高患者QOL。
Objective：To explore the effect and safety of tandospirone combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophre-nia with anxiety symptoms.Methods：60 pa-tients with schizophrenia were randomly di- vided into two groups,combined group in 30 cases and single group in 30 cases.The sin-gle group was treated with risperidone.The combined group was treated with risperi-done and tandospirone.The course of treat-ment was 6 weeks.All the patients were measured with Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HA-MA） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS） before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment in order to determine clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction.Results：The effect of combined group was better than single group,Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment,the differ-ence is significant（P〈 0.05）.There was sig- nificant difference after 6 weeks of treatment between two groups （P〈 0.05） and com-bined group was significantly lower than the control group;The two groups had no signifi- cant difference（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Tando-spirone for patients can improve symptoms of anxiety and improve patient QOL.
