摘要
目的:探讨离断近端毁损拇指寄养后如何利用临近皮瓣解决回植时皮肤缺损问题。方法:收治近端毁损离断拇指远位寄养患者6例,2期回植利用桡动脉皮瓣、足背皮瓣等方式解决皮肤缺损。结果:6例异位寄养指及皮瓣均完全成活,取得满意效果。结论:毁损离断拇指寄养回植修复过程中常存在皮肤缺损,选择合适皮瓣有利于解决皮瓣缺损,有利患者手部功能恢复。
Objective：To discussed near the broken end was damaged thumb foster how to make use of adjacent skin flap after solving the problem of skin defect when the implant.Methods：Proximal 6 patients with damaged far from broken thumb a foster care are received and cured in Febnlary 2005 to March 2011,2 period of time back to the plant use the radial artery flap, dorsalis pedis flap,etal ways to solve the skin defect. Resuhs：6 cases of ectopic foster finger and flaps survive completely,and acquire promising result.Conclusion：Damaged and divided from the thumb often exist skin defect in foster and implant repair process, appropriate skin flap helps to solve the flap and recover function of patients with hands.
