摘要
目的:临床观察小剂量利尿剂治疗晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水消退后预防复发。方法:对新增晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水患者进行对症治疗的同时,长期间断给予小剂量利尿剂治疗。结果:各年份1年内腹水复发情况如下,2010年共复发5例(31.25%),6个月后1例,9个月后2例,12个月后2例;2011年共复发4例(26.67%),6个月后1例,9个月后2例,12个月后1例;2012年共复发3例(30%),6个月后1例,9个月后2例;2013年共复发3例(30%),6个月后1例,9个月后1例,12个月后1例。结论:小剂量利尿剂长期间断应用能有效预防晚期血吸虫病肝硬化腹水的复发,在以后的临床应用中起到非常重要的作用。
Objective：The clinical observa-tion of recurrenceprevention of small dose of diuretic treat advanced schist-osemiasis cir-rhosis aseites subsided.Methods：Collecting new advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis as-cites patients,from 2010 to 2013,to the pa-tients the symptomatic treatment at the same time, continuously for a long time to give small dose of diuretic therapy.Results：Each year a year ascites recurrence is as follows. In 2010,a total of 5 cases of recur-rence（31.25%）,after June 1 case,after Sep-tember 2 cases,after December 2 cases;In 2011,a total of 4 cases of recur- rence（26.67%）,after June 1 case,after Sep-tember 2 cases,after December 1 cases;In 2012,a total of 3 cases of recurrence（30%）, after June 1 ease,after Septemb-er 2 cases; In 2013,a total of 3 cases of recur-rence（30%）,after June 1 case,after Septem-ber 1 cases,after Dec-ember 1 cases.Con-clusion：Long-term continuous application small dose of diuretic can effectively prevent a recurrenceof advanced schistosomiasis cir-rhosis ascitesm,In the later plays a very im- portant role in clinical application.
