摘要
目的:探讨多方向冲洗血肿腔治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法:收治慢性硬膜下血肿患者76例,行多方向冲洗血肿腔治疗,观察疗效。结果:患者术后病情均有明显好转,56例术后48小时拔管痊愈,15例术后72小时拔管痊愈,5例术后96小时拔管痊愈。结论:多方向冲洗血肿腔治疗慢性硬膜下血肿是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To explore the effect of the multi direction washing hematoma cavity in treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods：76 cases with chronic subdural hematoma were treated with the multi direction washing hematoma cavity and we observed the effect of treatment. Results：The patients were obviously improved.56 patients were extubation cured after 48 hours.15 patients were extubation cured after 72 hours.5 patients were extubation cured after 96 hours.Conclusion： The effect of the multi direction washing hematoma cavity in treatment of chronic subdural hematoma is remarkable and it is worthy spreading.
