摘要
目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予长春西汀20mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml或者生理盐水500ml中静滴,1次/日,血塞通注射液400mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml或生理盐水250ml静滴,连续14天,并辅以拜阿斯匹灵、莫地平治疗。观察组给予奥扎格雷钠80mg加入生理盐水250ml,前列地尔10μg加入生理盐水250ml,静滴,1次/日,连续治疗10天。结果:经过治疗观察组基本治愈20例,显著进步17例,进步11例,无效2例,总有效率96.0%,对照组基本治愈10例,显著进步9例,进步9例,无效12例,总有效率76.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死,二者取长补短,改善临床神经功能缺失,有效地缩小了梗死体积,疗效显著。
Objective：To discuss the cura-tive effect of sodium ozagrel combine with alprostadil treat acute cerebral infarction. Method：To collect 100 cases of acute cere-bral infarction patients,from October 2012 to October 2013,randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group is 50 cases.The control group are given vinpo-cetine 20mg, vinpocetine add to 250ml 5% glucose or 500ml physiological saline,static drops,one time one day,Sanqi Panax No-toginseng injection 400rag add to 250ml 5% glucose injection or 500ml physiological sa-line,static drops,for 14 consecutive days,at the same time along with aspirin,too horizon treatment.The observation group was given the sodium ozagrel 80mg,add to 250ml 0.9% NS,alprostadil 10ug add to 250mg 0.9% NS,static drops,one time one day,treatment for 10 consecutive days.Results：After treatmen-tin observation group,20 cases basic cure,17 casessignificant progress, ll cases progress, 2 cases in vain,total effective rate is 96.0%. In control group,10 cases basic cure,9 cases significant progress,9 cases progress,12cas-es in vain,total effective rate is 76.0%.Com-paring the two groups have significant differ-ence（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Sodium ozagrel combine with alprostadil treat acute cerebral infarction,the two complement each other, improvethe clinical nerve function loss,ef-fectively reduces infarct volume,significant effect,is worthy to promote in clinical.
