氨氯地平、缬沙坦及氢氯噻嗪三联用药治疗高血压临床观察

摘要 当前，大多数医院在对高血压患者进行药物治疗时，为实现140mmHg／90mmHg的血压控制水平，多采用两联用药物进行治疗，但效果仍不太理想，仅有30％-40％的患者能够实现预期的血压控制水平。因此近年来，三联用药逐渐受到临床医师的认可，在控制血压水平中发挥更好的效果。本文选取我院收治的高血压患者100例进行研究，对氨氯地平、缬沙坦及氢氯噻嗪三联用药治疗高血压的临床效果进行观察分析。现报告如下：
