摘要
检测４７例膀胱癌组织和８例正常膀胱组织的细胞凋亡和增殖状态，并就它们与ｐ５３，ｂｃｌ－２和ｂａｘ基因之间 的关系进行了探讨。结果发现：膀胱癌组织增殖水平和凋亡水平与正常对照组之间有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．００１和Ｐ ＜０．０１）。随着肿瘤分级的增加，细胞增殖水平的增幅远远大于细胞凋亡水平的增幅（Ｐ＜０．００１）。Ｐ５３和ｂｃｌ－２基因的 表达分别与细胞增殖和凋亡水平明显相关。提示：细胞增殖和凋亡均参与膀胱癌的发生发展，ｐ５３和ｂｅ１２基因分别与 细胞增殖、凋亡水平的调控有关。
Apoptosis and proliferation in 47 cases of transitional cell cancer (TCC) and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue were detected and their relationship with the expression of p53, bcl-2 and bax investigated. It was found that there was significant difference in both proliferative and apoptotic indexes between the tumor and normal tissues (both P<0.001). With the progression of the tumor grade, the increment of proliferative index was much larger than that of apoptotix index (P<0. 001). The expression of p53 and bcl-2 was sepa- rately correlated well with proliferative index and apoptotic index. It was suggested that proliferation and apop- tosis were both involved in the development of TCC. p53 and bcl-2 were correlated with the modulation of pro- liferation and apoptosis respectively.
