弥散性血管内凝血时凝血因子Ⅶ活性的改变及意义 被引量:1

摘要 检测了62例不同疾病进行弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)有关实验室诊断的患者和80例健康人FⅦ:C水平,结果显示:62例中25例伴发DIC者FⅦ为(47.5±23.4)%,37例未发生DIC者FⅦ:C为(90.0±29.0)%,80例健康人FⅦ:C为(113.2±32.6)%。DIC组和未发生DIC组FⅦ:C与正常组比较差异有极显著和显著性差异.提示FⅦ:C的测定对DIC的防治与预后判断有一定的临床意义。 Plasma factor Ⅶ activity in 80 healthy people and 62 patients with or without disseminated in- travascular coagulation (DIC) was measured. The results showed that the plasma factor Ⅶ activity in 80 healthy people was (113.2± 32.6) %, while that in 25 patients with DIC and 37 patients without DlC was (47. 5±23. 4)% and (90.0±29. 0)% respectively with the difference between the patients with or without DIC and normal controls being significant. It was suggested that determination of plasma factor Ⅶ activity might have a certain clinical implication in the prevention and treatment of DIC and evaluating the prognosis of DIC.
