摘要
采用在种系进化上与人类很接近的猕猴为实验动物,分为青年组和老龄组,通过免疫组织化学技术观察黑质TH、GABA神经元与老化相关的变化。结果表明;老龄组黑质致密部和网状部神经元的TH免疫反应性明显降低,老龄组GABA神经元数量和免疫反应性均明显低于青年组。提示:中枢神经老化可能与黑质TH含量和GABA神经元数目减少有关。
The rhesus monkeys served as experimental animals and were divided into young group and ag- ing group. The age-related changes of TH- and GABA- contaning neurons in the substantia nigra were observed by using immunohistochemical techinque. The results showed that the TH immunoreactivity was significantly lower in the neurons of the pars compacta and pars reticularis of subslantia nigra of the monkeys in the aging group than in the young group. The number of GABA- positive neurons and the intensity of GABA immunore- activity were also decreased in the same region of the monkeys in the aging group as compared with those in the young group. It was suggested that the aging of central nervous might be responsible for the decrease in content of TH and the number of GABA- positive neurons in the substantia nigra.
