随着俄罗斯亚太战略的调整,其与印尼的防务合作有了较大发展。加强防务合作是俄罗斯扩大在东南亚政治影响力的重要手段,其背后有地缘政治因素和经济利益的推动。印尼出于增强地区影响力及应对国内复杂安全挑战的考虑,也迫切期望实现军备现代化。两国间高密度的武器交易和技术合作将对东南亚乃至亚太地区的安全稳定产生一定影响。
Russia's adjustment of its Asia-Pacific strategy has witnessed closer defense cooperation with Indonesia. Promoting defense cooperation with Southeast Asian countries is Russia's major means to expand its influence over the region, which has been driven by hidden factors of geo-political and economic interest. Indonesia has been longing for military modernization out of the consideration to strengthen its regional influence and cope with complex security challenges at home. High frequency arms trade and S&T cooperation between the two countries will have certain impacts on the security and stability of Southeast Asia or even the Asia-Pacific region.
