战略文化对一个国家的战略思想和战略理论具有潜移默化的影响,是国家安全战略形成的重要基础,其与战略意愿相结合,影响并决定着国家安全战略的形成和走向。日本是中国的近邻,但中日关系是一种涵盖了政治利益、经济利益、战略互信、历史认识问题等复杂难题的多层次关系体系。了解日本的战略文化传统,有利于处理好对日关系。
Strategic culture may have imperceptible influence on strategic thinking and theory of a nation, provide the basis for its national security strategy and decide, coupled with national strategic vision, the direction of its national security strategy.
