摘要
横向位移产生的轴向当量位移,是复式膨胀节设计和选用过程中一项重要参数。文章通过复式膨胀节几何变形关系,推导出了横向位移产生的最大轴向位移的一般表达式,并结合横向位移的特点加以简化,得出了工程设计计算复式膨胀节转角、横向位移计算系数和横向位移产生的单波当量轴向位移的关联式。
Axial equivalent displacement caused by transversal displacement is an important parameter for the design and selection of multiple expansion joint.This paper deduces the general formula of maximum axial displacement caused by transversal displacement through the geometry deformation relationship of multiple expansion joint.And combined with the characteristics of the lateral displacement to simplify the formula,the paper obtains the relational formula to calculate the multiple expansion joint angle,transversal displacement calculation coefficient and single-wave equivalent axial displacement which is caused by transversal displacement during the engineering design calculation.
