摘要
随着国内电子工业的快速发展以及集成电路的广泛应用,印制电路板(PCB)的各项精度要求越来越高。介绍了一种基于机器视觉的嵌入式定位冲孔系统的设计方案,该方案通过快速Hough变换算法进行图像圆心定位,采用S3C6410芯片为主控芯片控制数字视频解码芯片TVP5150对CCD摄像头进行图像数据采集及处理,最后驱动SH2024B2和SH2046M型步进电机定位与冲孔。经过现场整机测试,该机的各项性能指标均达到了预期设计目标。
With the rapid development of the electronics industry and the extensive application of integrated circuit,requirement of accuracy is increasing day by day in the printed circuit board industry.An embedded positioning punching system based on machine vision is described.The system adopts the fast Hough transform algorithm to seek out the center location,used S3C6410 as the master chip for acquisition and processing the CCD image,and drove the stepping motor for positioning and punching.Testing results show that the performance of the system can perfectly meet the expected target.
