摘要 维持石油测井推靠机构探头与井壁之间的推靠力需要一定的滑杆推力,如何求得滑杆推力的最小值是存在于推靠机构设计中的一个优化问题。运用虚位移原理建立了测井多杆推靠机构的动力学模型,推导出了以滑杆推力F为因变量,以各杆件的长度、位置参数、探头推靠力W为自变量的函数。以此函数为基础建立求解各杆件几何参数的非线性规划优化设计的模型。利用MATLAB优化工具箱中求解非线性规划的功能,得到各参数的优化解。通过和现有的模型参数对比,证明优化了测井推靠机构的动力学参数。 There will need a thrust to keep the sidewall contact force between the logging eccenter- ing machinery sensors and the sidewall as a fixed value, so to obtain the minimum of the thrust is an optimizing question during the structural design of the eccentering machinery. The dynamic model of multi-rods-logging eccentering machinery has been built, by using the principle of virtual displacement, and to deduce the function which uses the sliding rod thrust F as the dependent var iable,and uses the length ~ the positional parameter of the rods and the sidewall contact force W as the Variables. And then the model of nonlinear programming-optimal design has was built to obtain the geometry parameters of the rods based on the function built before. The matlab optimi- zation program is utilized to solve the optimal model. At last using the optimal result comparing with parameters which uses in practical production, the optimization of the dynamic parameters has been confirmed.
