摘要
目前,在油田开发中存在一定数量的大段连续射孔、固井质量差、易套变的水平井,无法采用常规机械分段压裂工艺,存在卡管柱风险.水平井液体胶塞分段压裂技术是采用封堵顶段压裂底段,或封堵底段压裂顶段2种工艺管柱,通过注入液体胶塞剂至所需封堵层位,成胶后进行压裂.液体胶塞抗温60~100℃,承压40~50 MPa,无需填砂,成胶时间30~90 min内可调,破胶时间5~72 h可控.压裂封隔器耐压70 MPa,耐温90℃.该工艺在大庆油田现场试验5口井,工艺成功率100%,取得较好的压裂效果,具有很好的应用前景.

Liquid rubber plug temperature resistant ranges 60-100 ℃, pressure 40-50 MPa,without sand filling. Gelling takes 30- 90 min and it is adjustable. And the fracturing packer pressure is 70 MPa,and temperature resistance is 90 ℃. The technology in Daqing Oilfield field was tested in five wells,with 100% process success,to achieve better fracturing effect,with good prospects.
