摘要
对101.6mm×9.65mm S135DSTJ型双台肩钻杆外螺纹接头断裂事故进行了调查研究。对该批用过的钻杆进行了详细的探伤检查,发现许多钻杆外螺纹接头部位存在裂纹。通过对钻杆接头断口和裂纹形貌进行分析,认为钻杆接头为硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂失效。通过对钻杆接头结构尺寸、材料性能和承载能力进行分析计算,认为采用同时增大外螺纹接头内径和材料强度的方法,虽然可以保证接头抗扭强度,减小钻柱水力损失,但却降低了钻杆接头抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力,增大了接头危险截面的应力集中,降低了钻杆外螺纹接头的使用寿命。
A thorough investigation on pin fracture of 101.60 mm× 9.65 mm S135 drill pipe with double shoulder tool joint in one well is given. It is found that there are cracks on many pins of double shoulder tool joint per NDT for the drill pipes used in this well. It is considered that the failure of tool joints characters stress corrosion crack (SSC) via analyzing on fracture and crack morphology. Based on configuration dimension analysis and material performance tests, it is to say that although the torsion and tension strength of tool joint can be guaranteed and hydraulic losing can be reduced by increasing simultaneously inner diameter and material yield strength, but the capability resisting to SCC is reduced,and the stress concentration at dangerous section of pin is increased,and the use life of the drill pipe will be shortened.
