摘要
现有的井下可投捞式节流器存在卡定不稳、不易打捞等问题,严重影响气井的生产安全。结合井下节流器作业过程,提出了井下可投捞式节流器的投放、卡定、密封、解封等过程的模拟试验方案。该方法便于为可投捞式井下节流器的改进提供试验数据,并可进行产品出厂前的性能测试。对研制的73mm可投捞式井下节流器进行模拟试验,测试其性能,结果满足要求。
The main problems of current fishable down-hole choke are of locking instability, diffi- cult to salvage and so on, which severely influence production safety of the gas well. Combining with the operation process of down-hole choke required,the simulation test plans and methods of dropping, locking, sealing, releasing processes are provided, and the device can test performance of fishable down-hole choke before factory. Proceeding simulation on φ73 mm fishable down-hole choke conforms to test performance, which can meet the needs.
