摘要
采用显式动力学中侵蚀接触的有限元分析方法,对PDC齿切削岩石进行了数值模拟,研究了围压强度对PDC齿切削力的影响,分析了不同齿径及后倾角对PDC齿破岩效率的影响规律。模拟结果较好地反应了PDC齿的剪切破岩机理,且后倾角增大,剪切破坏难度加大;围压使岩石强度增大,破岩难度增加;考虑软、硬地层时,分别选用10°、19mm和15°、13mm的后倾角及齿径组合能获得最高的破岩效率。
Based on the FEA methods of contact and erosion in explicit nonlinear dynamics, the process of PDC cutting is simulated considering the confining pressure, and the rule of diameter and back rake angle influencing the PDC cutting efficiency is studied. The simulation results showed the PDC cutter's cutting mechanism by shear stress. And the cutting becomes difficult when back rake angle increase, confining pressure strengthen the rock. The 13 mm PDC cutter with 15° back rake angle is recommend when cutting hard formation and the 19mm PDC cutter with 10° back rake angle when cutting soft formation.
