摘要
目的:观察中医综合治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:将174例成人早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为治疗组87例,对照组87例,治疗组采用中药内服,中药外洗,手法治疗,功能锻炼。对照组采用休息,补钙,止痛,健骨生片口服。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.40%;对照组总有效率为66.67%;2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗成人早期股骨头缺血性坏死疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the effect ~ff integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic necrosis of fcmoral head of aduh clinical curative effect. Methods： 174 cases of aduh early avascular necn^sis of the femoral head were randomly divided into the treatment group of 87 cases, 87 cases in the control gn^up, the trealment group were Ircaled with Chinese herhs, Chincsc medicine bath, massage therapy, fuctional training. The control group used to rest, calcium, analgesic, Jian-gu-sheng pills. The two groups were 3 month as 1 treatmenl course. Results： Total eftective rates of treatmenl group were 95.40%. The conlrol group＇s totat effective rates were 66. 67%. The total efficiency of two groups, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： TCM comprehensive trealment of aduhs＇ avaseular necrosis of the femoral has obvious curative effect.
