摘要
目前 ,医疗纠纷日益增多 ,严重困扰着医院正常的建设与发展。在认真分析医疗纠纷赖以发生的内、外因素的基础上 ,本文结合工作实际 ,就如何有效地防范和处理医疗纠纷提出了自己的观点和做法。
Recently the number of medical disputes has increased.It is greatly affecting the normal instruction and development of hospital.In the aticle,after carefully analysed the interior and external factors of medical disputes,we summised our experience and oppinion in preventing and conducting medical disputes.
