摘要
目的 探讨在高血压病患者中甘油三酯与纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂 1(PAI 1)及其基因多态性的关系。方法 随机收集上海地区汉族人种原发性高血压病例 2 4 0例 (男 12 0例、女 12 0例 ,年龄范围 33~ 89岁 ,平均 65岁 ) ,血浆PAI 1由ELISA法测得 ,PAI 14G/ 5G基因型分析采用等位基因特异性寡核苷酸探针斑点杂交方法。结果 ①甘油三酯与血浆PAI 1水平呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,甘油三酯是血浆PAI 1水平的独立影响因素 (P =0 0 0 1,血酯在PAI 1基因 4G/ 5G多态性的分布无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5)。②血浆PAI 1水平与PAI 1基因 4G/ 5G多态性相关 ( (P =0 0 0 1) ,PAI 1基因型为血浆PAI 1水平的独立影响因素。结论 在高血压病患者中 ,甘油三酯与PAI 1呈显著正相关 ,并且甘油三酯是血浆PAI 1水平的独立影响因素。
Objective The aim of study is to investigate the association between PAI 1 4G/5G polymorphism and plasma PAI 1 level and triglycerides in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 240 patients with hypertension(males=120,fomales=120,age=33~89 years,mean=65 years)were enrolled in the randomized study.Plasma PAI 1 was measured by ELISA.The 4G/5G polymorphism was analysed by the allele specific oligonucleotide hybridization method.Results ①Plasma PAI 1 level is associated with triglycerides.Triglycerides is a independent predictors of plasma PAI 1 level.There is no relationship between triglycerides and PAI 1 4G/5G polymorphism.②Plasma PAI 1 level is associated with PAI 1 4G/5G polymorphism.PAI 1 4G/5G polymorphism is a independent predictors of plasma PAI 1 level in a stepwise multiple regression model.Conclusions Plasma triglycerides level is significantly associated with plasma PAI 1 level.Triglycerides is a independent predictors of plasma PAI 1 level.
