新兵基础训练期间军训伤预防的干预措施效果评价 被引量:19

摘要 目的 评价以控制 5 km跑为主的干预方案对军训伤预防的效果 .方法 以驻兰州军区某市参加 1999年度新兵基础训练的某全训步兵团为研究对象 ,随机决定 3个连为干预分队 ,另外 3个连为对照分队 .由两名专科医生每 4wk逐连筛检伤员 ,于开训前及结束时盲法测两分队部分新兵 3 km,10 0 m、立定跳远、立定投弹、引体向上、俯卧撑 6项成绩 .干预措施 :开训后第 1个月不安排 5 km跑 ,跑步距离逐渐增加 ,从第 2个月起每周 5 km跑 3次以下 ,间日进行 ;培训班排骨干 ;心理测试与心理疏导 ;上卫生课 .结果 干预分队军训伤的累积发生率为 2 1.1% ,明显低于对照分队 (30 .7% ,P<0 .0 1) ;开训前训练成绩干预组总分 (171± 72 )显著低于对照组 (187± 83,P<0 .0 5 ) ,结束时训练成绩干预组总分 (2 6 3± 76 )显著高于对照组 (2 44± 98,P<0 .0 5 ) ,成绩变化比较 ,干预组成绩提高优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 以控制 5 AIM To evaluate the effects of intervention program mainly restricting frequence of 5 km running on military training injuries prevention. METHODS One of full day training regiment encamped in Shaanxi Province was selected as research setting. The six companies were randomly categorized as intervention group and control group respectively. During the intervention period,recruits were screened company by company for injuriers every 4 wk by two experienced doctors. The initial and final scores for 3 km running, 100 m running, standing long jump, standing long throwing, pull ups, push ups among the most members of two groups were surveyed blindly. Intervention measures included no 5 km running during first month; gradual increase of running distance; less than 3 times of every other day 5 km running in each week since 2nd month; training cadres at the basic level; psychological test and dredge; giving lessons in prevention military training injuries. RESULTS The cumulative incidence of training injuries in intervention group was 21.1%, which was significantly lower than that of control group(30 7%, P <0 01).The initial score in intervention group was (171±72), which was significantly lower than that of control (187±83, P <0.05),while the final score in intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(263±76) vs (244±98, P <0.05).For score improvement, the intervention group was superior to control group( P <0.01). CONCLUSION The intervention program meaning some extent of restriction for 5km running frequency can not only decrease the incidence of training injuries but also raise more training scores than the control.
