Cuisine chemistry is an important professional basic course for the college students of cooking relevant profession- al. At first, the teacher must to choose and study the teaching material, then to combining with some teaching practice and use of multimedia , guide students to multi - channel access to knowledge in the process of teaching in order to practice.
