摘要
目的 :研究高聚金葡素治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 :40例病人分成治疗组 2 0例——化疗 +高聚金葡素治疗 ;对照组单纯化疗。两组病人均治疗一个周期。结果 :治疗组病人均顺利通过化疗 ,白细胞数可维持在正常水平 ,化疗毒副作用小 ;治疗组病人免疫功能 (细胞免疫 )有所提高而且肿瘤瘤体有缩小趋势。前述三项与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 :高聚金葡素联合化疗能增强病人抗肿瘤免疫功能 ,控制肿瘤发展 ;有对抗化疗毒副作用 ,维持化疗不中断的作用。化疗联合生物制剂 (高聚金葡素 )治疗恶性肿瘤可提高疗效 。
Objective To observe the efficacy of therapy on malignant tumors by highly Agglutinative staphylococcin.Method 40 cases were divided into two groups.One group was therapy group which contains 20 patients who chemotherapied combined with highly agglutinative staphy lococcin;The other group was controls.Two groups were all therapied for one week.Results The patients in the therapy group were all went through the chemotherapy.Their white flood cells numbers could maintain in nomal level,and poisonous and side effects were slight;The immunity function of the patients in therapy group had been strengthened and the tumor volume tended to decrease.The above three targets compared with the controls had enormous differences.Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with highly agglutinative staphylococcin could strengthen the immunity functions of the patients and control the development of the tumors;It also could antagouize poisonous and side effects by chemotherapy and maintain the chemotherapy process.The chemotherapy combined with bio-products(Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin)could raise the therapy efficacy and extend the patients survival time.
