摘要
现代医学治疗的有效与无效的争论越来越引起社会关注。关于尿毒症无效治疗的医患关系、资源分配及道德价值的讨论是有积极意义的 ;结合具体病案 ,建立尿毒症无效治疗的评价标准 ,其对临床实践具有指导价值。无效治疗。
More and more concerns have been shown to the discussion of futile or useful treatments provided through modern medicine.It is significant to discuss the medical relations,the allocation of resources and the moral values in the futile treatment on uremia.Based on case analysis,to creat a primary evaluation scheme for the futile treatment on uremia,which is useful to clinical practice.Issues of economic ethics beset the fields of futile treatment,pre-death state,and hemodialysis therapy. Key Words:futile treatment;uremia;ethics of health economy;pre-death stateo the resource of snakes in there found that the number of many species are reducing.The article analgses the resons to the reducing of snake resource and advance counter measures of reserve.
