摘要
针对纯木、塑钢、断桥铝合金等典型节能门窗,分别对集成松木、集成柞木、集成竹材、铝合金型材、塑钢型材等主要节能门窗框架材料进行力学性能和耐盐雾性研究。结果表明,当集成松木与集成柞木的纹理方向与受力方向一致时,抗弯强度达到最大;集成竹材的抗弯强度高于集成松木,且不受纹理方向影响;形变为5 mm时,塑钢框扇型材的载荷分别为2.28 kN和5.14 kN,断桥铝合金框扇型材载荷为9.37 kN和8.83 kN;集成松木、集成柞木与集成竹木在盐雾环境下均易发生严重霉变和膨胀。其中,150 h盐雾试验后,集成柞木膨胀最大,集成竹木霉变最为严重,各种集成木材在经过表面涂漆处理后,可基本消除霉变,并减小膨胀。
In this paper, mechanical properties and weather resistance of integrated pine,integrated oak,integrated bamboo, aluminum profiles and plastic profiles were analyzed,which are the frame
materials of typical energy-saving door and window. The results showed that when the grain directions are same to the direction of the force,the bending strength of integrated pine and integrated oak reach the maximum. Integrated bamboo has a higher bending strength regardless of grain direction. When deformation is 5 mm,the load of plastic frame and sash profiles are 2.28 kN and 5.14 kN,and the load of aluminum frame and sash profiles are 9.37 kN and 8.83 kN. Integrated pine,integrated oak and integrated bamboo arc prone to severe mildew and expansion in salt atmosphere. In which, the 150 h salt spray test shows that integrated oak has the biggest expansion and intearated bamboo has the most seriousmildew. Surface painting has a significant effect on eliminating mildew and expansion.
