艾滋病病毒感染母亲所生婴儿的喂养指导 被引量：3

摘要 艾滋病病毒可以通过胎盘、产道和乳汁传播给婴儿.医务人员应当与感染孕产妇及其家人充分沟通,根据其接受性、知识和技能、负担的费用、能否获得足够的代乳品等条件,选择人工喂养或母乳喂养,并在喂养中给予充分地咨询和指导.
