摘要
研究了001×7阳离子交换树脂吸附氟硅酸钠母液中钠离子的过程。结果表明001×7阳离子交换树脂对氟硅酸钠母液中钠离子的吸附效果很好。测得吸附热力学参数ΔH=1.60kJ·mol-1,ΔS=15.98J·mol-1·K-1,ΔG296=-3.13kJ·mol-1。动力学研究表明吸附过程主要受颗粒扩散控制,等温吸附遵循Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温曲线,理论静态饱和吸附量Q0=20.41mg·mL-1。
The adsorption process of 001 X 7 cation exchange resins for sodium ions in the sodium fluorosilicate mother liquor was investigated. Experimental results indicate that the adsorption of this resin for sodium ion in the mother liquor has considerable effectiveness. Thermodynamic parameters were obtained as follow: △H= 1. 60 kJ · mol-1, △S=15.98J· mol-1 · K-1 , △O296 =--3. 13 KJ · mol-1. Kinetic study shows that adsorption process is main- ly controlled by particle diffusion, sorption behavior obeys the Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal sorption curves and the theoretical adsorptive capacity is Q0 =20. 41 mg ·mL-1.
