摘要
介绍了一种高速动车组侧窗的胶接结构,侧窗周边通过结构胶粘接到车体侧墙上。建立了包含侧窗和部分车体侧墙的有限元分析模型,分析了不同计算工况下胶粘层的受力状态。给出了胶粘层的强度评估方法,并根据DVS1618—2002对胶粘层的胶接强度进行了校核。
A bonding structure for side windows on high speed multiple units is described.The periphery of the side window is stuck to the side wall ofthe carbody with the structure glue.The finite element analysis model including the side window and part of the side wall of carbody is established.The forces upon the glued layer under different working conditions in calculation are analyzed.The strength assessment method of the glued layer is given,and the bonding strength of the glued layer is checked on the basis of DVS 1618-2002.
