摘要
目的:通过对血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察,探讨血府逐瘀汤中引经药桔梗、牛膝对临床疗效的影响。方法:随机对照,治疗组60例口服血府逐瘀汤,每次150ml,每日3次;对照组60例口服缺引经药桔梗、牛膝的血府逐瘀汤,每次150ml,每日3次。连续治疗,两组总疗程均为4周,分别对两组病人进行心绞痛症状、心电图、硝酸甘油停减率和血脂分析评估。结果:治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率95.00%,明显优于对照组58.34%。治疗组心电图改善明显优于对照组。硝酸甘油减停率92.86%,明显优于对照组75%。治疗组胆固醇水平下降较对照组明显。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于缺少桔梗、牛膝的血府逐瘀汤组,得出引经药桔梗、牛膝能够影响血府逐瘀汤临床疗效的发挥。
Objective: To observe the clinical experiment of Xuefuzhuyu decoction(XFD) for coronary disease caused angina pectoris, and to probe into the effectiveness of XFD with the messenger drug root of Radix Platycodi and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. Methods: Randomized controlled experiment, the experiment group with 60 patients were given XFD,every time 150mi,3 times a day; while the control group with 60 patients were given XFD without root of Radix Platycodi and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, 150mleach time,3 times a day. Two groups are in 4 weeks for one period of treatment, beth groups would be evaluated with the symptoms of angina pectoris, cardiogram, the withdrawal rate of nitroglycerin and the analysis of blood fat. Results: The overall effective rate of angina symptoms in the experiment group was 95.00%, higher than 58.34% ( P 〈 0.01 ) of the control group. The experiment group had advantages against the control group in aspects as various as : the angina symptoms of the experiment group was obviously higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the withdrawal rate of nitroglycer- in 92.86% was also higher than 75% ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; and the reduction of cholesterin level in experiment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The curative effectiveness of XFD decoction for the treatment in coronary disease caused angina pectoris is better than that without root of Radix Platycodi and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. The messenger drug-root of Radix Platycodi and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae can take effect on the clinical effectiveness of XFD decoction.
