摘要
以破碎机环锤耐磨钢为研究对象,在分析传统高锰钢铸造工艺的基础上提出了消失模铸造工艺、微合金化、复合变质,以及沉淀强化热处理相结合的综合处理技术,通过实验提高了环锤耐磨钢的综合力学性能。
Taking the crusher ring hammer of wear-resistant steel as research object, on the basis of analyzing traditional casting process for high manganese steel, a comprehensive treatment technology combined with EPC casting process, micro alloying, modification and precipitation hardening heat treatment was proposed to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the crusher ring hammer of wear resistant steel.
