摘要
细胞黏附分子L1(L1 cell adhesion molecule,L1CAM)在神经系统的发育中起到了重要作用,其基因突变可引起神经系统发育异常。近年发现,L1CAM也参与多种恶性肿瘤的发展、增殖、侵袭、转移和化疗耐药等过程。文中就L1CAM在肿瘤中的表达,参与肿瘤发生、发展的相关途径及抗L1CAM单克隆抗体的抗肿瘤效应作一综述。
The cell adhesion molecule LI is a key player throughout the development of the nervous system. Mutations of the human LICAM gene have been shown to cause neurodevelopmental disorders. Recently, aberrant expression of L1 has emerged as a critical factor in the development of human carcinomas, where it enhances cell proliferation, motility and chemoresistance. L1 CAM ex pression correlates with poor prognosis. Preclinical experiments with available monoclonal antibodies are summarized and L1CAM is an alyzed as a target for the treatment of cancer with monoclonal antibodies.
