摘要
目的探讨CT多期增强扫描在胆囊癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法分析经过手术病理证实的36例胆囊癌患者的CT表现,术前均做CT平扫,其中33例进行了多期增强扫描,3例做薄层扫描。结果36例胆囊癌中腔内肿块型15例,占42%(15/36),厚壁型11例,占31%(11/36),胆囊区肿块型6例,占17%(6/36),混合型4例,占11%(4/36)。结论 CT多期增强扫描对胆囊癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有价值。
Objective To study the application value of the dynamic contrast enhanced CT scan in the diagno sis of gallbladder cancer. Methods Analyse the CT findings of 36 cases of gallbladder cancer with confirmed patho logically, and the preoperative CT scanning have been done. Thirty-three cases of them underwent dynamic contrast enhanced CT. Results In 36 cases of gallbladder cancer, 15 cases with cavity mass, accounting for 42%（15/36）; 11 cases with thick-walled, accounting for 31%（11/36）; 6 cases gallbladder area with mass, accounting for 17%（6/36）;4 cases with mixed, accounting for 11% （4/36）. Conclusion Dynamic CT scanning has important value in the diagno sis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
