摘要
为了研究现浇箱梁施工中格构式钢管柱支撑体系的稳定性,分别建立不同条件下的有限元模型并对其进行屈曲分析,研究模型在不同纵、横向布置及高度条件下的屈曲荷载并对其比较分析,得出了对格构式钢管柱支撑体系稳定性最为有利的纵横向布置及适用高度范围,工程应用表明,采用此布置的格构式钢管柱支撑体系能较好地适应桥墩高、跨径较大的现浇连续箱梁施工。
In oder to study the stability of lattice steel column supporting system in the construction process of cast-in-place box girder, finite element models under different circumstances are established for buckling analysis. Buckling loads of the models under different vertical and horizontal layout and height are studied and comparatively analyzed. The most favourable arrangement and applicable height range are obtained in this study. The engineering application shows that lattice steel column supporting system with this arrangement can better adapt to the cast-in-place continuous box girder of high piers and large span.
