摘要
目的探讨牙科手术显微镜结合超声工作器械进行疑难根管治疗的临床效果。方法选取各类疑难根管治疗74例患牙,共112个根管,使用显微超声技术处理,统计临床的疗效以及半年后的成功率。结果共有55例完成了根管治疗并获得临床成功,成功率为74.32%;按根管数计算,有81个根管治疗成功,成功率为72.32%。半年后随访的成功率为82.69%,总体成功率为60.56%。结论显微超声技术在牙髓病治疗中的应用为疑难根管治疗提供了有效手段。
Objective To explore clinical effects of combining dental operating microscope with ultrasonic technique on treating diffi- cult root canals. Methods ：]4 teeth of various kinds of 112 difficult root canals were selected and treated with microscope and ultrason- ic technique. The clinical effects and the success rate after six months were evaluated. Results 55 patients completed root canal thera- py and got clinical success with 74.32% success rate; in terms of root canals,there were 81 successful root canal treatments with suc- cess rate of 72.32%. After six months, the rate was 82.69%. The overall success rate was 60.56%. Conclusions Microscopic ultra- sonic technology application provides an effective means for difficult root canal treatment.
