摘要
利用自主研制的超声波采油动态模拟实验装置和钻井液堵塞的人工岩心样品,开展了超声波解除岩心钻井液堵塞实验研究,分析了超声波功率、频率、处理时间及岩心渗透率等参数对解堵效果的影响,并将超声波、化学剂单独解堵与超声波一化学复合解堵效果作了对比。研究结果表明:超声波功率越大,解堵效果越好;随超声波频率降低,解堵效果有变好的趋势;超声波累计处理80~120min,解堵效果最佳;岩心渗透率越低,超声波解除钻井液堵塞效果越好;超声波一化学剂复合解堵效果明显优于二者单独解堵效果。
The experimental study on removing drilling fluid damage of cores by ultrasonic is carried out using self-developed experimental device and artificial cores damaged by drilling fluid,the results of ultrasonic deplugging are evaluated,and the effects of the power,the frequency and processing time of ultrasonic,and the initial permeability of cores on the ultrasonic deplugging result are studied. The results of ultrasonic,mud acid and ultrasonic- mud acid combination deplugging are compared. The results show that: the ultrasonic deplugging result will become good with the increasing of ultrasonic power and the decreasing of ultrasonic frequency,optimal deplugging result can be obtained when ultrasonic processing time is in 80 ~ 120 min; the ultrasonic deplugging result trends to become good with the decreasing of the core initial permeability; the ultrasonic- mud acid combination deplugging result is obviously better than the result of ultrasonic or mud acid deplugging.
