摘要
18世纪工业革命以来,从英国到欧洲大陆再到美国,一根根大烟囱、一颗颗煤炭推动着这些国家的经济高速发展,但同时,环境污染也给他们留下了严重的后遗症。1813年冬,历史上有记录的最早的空气污染案例在英国爆发。此后,掺杂着大量二氧化硫、臭氧、氮氧化物、颗粒物的空气所形成的雾霾,开始沿着工业革命的轨迹在欧美国家的城市里引发危机。国家立法、区域协作、产业转型、能源调整、绿色建设……从1953年英国专门成立应对雾霾的比佛委员会开始,全世界的治霾历程已过去60年。
Haze has overwhelmingly changed our daily life a lot within two years in China. In fact, heavy fog has swept the world since industrial revolution which happened in the 18th century. Great Smog in 1952 in London, Photochemistry Smoke Event of?Los Angeles have made advanced economies take ef ective measures to i ght it. Contemporarily, China has stepped in the similar?development phase and also been attacked by haze.
