摘要
目的探讨急诊腹腔镜阑尾胆囊联合切除术的可行性和临床价值。方法回顾分析我院收治的76例急诊腹腔镜阑尾胆囊联合切除术患者的临床资料。结果 76例仅1例中转开腹手术外,75例均得到满意的手术疗效,且无并发症。结论急诊腹腔镜阑尾胆囊联合切除术安全可靠、创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少等优点,适合在临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and clinical value of combined emergency laparoscopic resection of gall bladder and appendix. Methods Clinical data of 76 cases of combined emergency laparoscopic resection of gall bladder and appendix were retrospectively analyzed. Results The combined emergency laparoscopic resection of gall bladder and appendix in my hospital is satisfactive, without complications and only 1 were converted to open operation. Conclusion The combined emergency laparoscopic resection of gall bladder and appendix has the merits of safty, little trauma and pain, rapid recovery and less complications, worths spreading clinically.
