Development and Application of Diarylethene Based Fluorescent Switch

摘要 二芳乙烯作为经典的光致变色体系,因本身具有热稳定性好、抗疲劳性强、响应时间快、量子产率高等优点,越来越受到研究者的重视。本文综述了近几年来作者课题组在光开关二芳乙烯化合物研究方面的一些进展,主要涉及二芳乙烯荧光开关材料在非破坏性读出、生物成像等方面的应用研究。 Diarylethene is one of the most promising photo switchable units within the classic photochromic system because of its excellent thermal stability, great fatigue resistance, fast response and high quantum yield. This article reviews the development and application of diarylethene as photo switchable material in our group, mainly involved in nondestructive readout and living cells imaging.
