摘要
儿童癫痫是儿科神经系统常见病,中医药治疗有一定特色。从肝论治是儿童癫痫治疗的基本方向。马融教授从事儿童癫痫研究30余年,对癫痫的治则治法进行了深入的研究,提出了平肝法、清肝法、疏肝法、育肝法、搜肝通络法、心肝同治法、肝脾同调法、肝肾双补法等八法,取得了理想的临床疗效。文章从肝脏治法进行探讨,拓宽儿童癫痫的治疗思路。
Children epilepsy is one of the major pediatric nervous system diseases, and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has become certain characteristics, as hepatic differentiation is the basic direction of children epilepsy treatment. Professor MA Rong has occupied pediatric epilepsy research more than 30 years, the therapeutic principle of epilepsy treatment has carried on the thorough research, put forward eight methods of liver, such as calming liver, cleaning liver, soothing liver, nourishing liver, dispersing liver dredging collaterals, simultaneous treating heart and liver, regulating liver and spleen, tonifying liver and kidney, and so on, eventually got expected effects. The article has an exploration from treating liver aspect, which provides a broad thought.
