摘要
针对教育信息资源利用率低下,用户缺乏使用教育信息资源外在动机的问题,从教育信息资源的特征和用户使用信息资源过程入手,借鉴"教育信息券"的优势,提出用户"凭券使用、累计积分、定期结算、获得奖励"的激励机制。充分发挥数学建模将理论层面的认识引向实践可操作的桥梁优势,构建教育信息资源用户使用激励机制的数学模型,并采用计算机随机模拟,验证了模型的可行性。不仅可以作为刺激用户主动使用信息资源的重要措施,还可以为教育信息资源建设经费的科学划拨提供依据。
For low utilization ratio of education information resources and users ’ lack of extrinsic motivation to use education information resources, with an analysis of the characteristics of education information resources, the process of users ’ applying information resources and education information voucher superiority, the incentive mechanism that users use education information resources by vouchers, save points, make term settlement, obtain rewards is proposed in the paper. In order to take full advantage of mathematical model which can bridge from the theory to practice, a mathematical model of incentive mechanism applied by education information resources users is constructed. The model is verified the feasibility by computer random simulation. The results show that the mathematical model can provide the users important measures to use information resources actively and the evidence to allocate education information resources funds scientifically.
