摘要
对台湾地区从1995年3月1日实施全民健康保险以来按病种付费的演变过程做了介绍,描述了"论病例计酬"和"台湾版诊断相关分组"的具体实施方法及其对医疗费用与质量的影响,并从制度层面和医疗机构层面提出推广按病种付费的建议。
This article reviewed the progression, implementation steps and effects of Diagnosis Related Groups （ Tw-DRGs ） prospective payment system switched from case payment in Taiwan Health Insurance scheme since March 1st, 1995. It also provides suggestions for promoting disease-based payment from the perspectives of both system and medical institutions.
